Aiming at developing a new, exciting, marketing campaign designed to increase customer conversion, MetLife Property and Casualty Marketing Team partnered with XPLAIN to implement a predictive A.I. Pre-Launch Testing System specifically tailored for Auto Insurance to optimize their campaign assets across 3 relevant KPIs: Visibility, Engagement, and Conversion.

Slated for 2019 launch across multiple channels, the team was creating a lot of new content. MetLife therefore needed to implement an agile feedback loop to continuously assess and optimize content efficiently for launch to ensuring they would activate with the best and more effective communication to engage and win with customers in the marketplace.
