How to deal with negative posts in Facebook fan pages

WOMM

The fundamental feature of social networks like Facebook is that people talk and, as we said numerous times, they talk a lot. Sometimes a user will post in your own Facebook fan page a negative comment. How do you deal with that?

A few years ago if someone asked you to post a photo of you online your first reaction would probably be to refuse. But now something is different. Now we have social networks. Maximizing your Social Media effect

Social Media Marketing

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past years, you must have heard of the boom in Social Media
Brand owners are looking for ways to influence the status, comments and posts of users of Social Media like Facebook, Blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.

One out of five Greeks is in Facebook!

Social Networking Facebook is really a strange place. I think that most of the times we do not understand how big it is. Did I write big? Maybe huge is the right word here. There are users that have over 1.000 friends and some of them even reach the 5.000 limit so they have to create a second account to keep “connecting”.
